It does not have its own database and workflow engine. Datapolis Workbox utilizes SharePoint lists and libraries as a data repository and Windows Workflow Foundation as a workflow engine. datapolis Workbox works on MOSS 2007 as well as on WSS 3.0 platform.

Flexibility

You can easily extend Datapolis Workbox to suit your needs.
